During my four nights here, I encountered multiple issues that made my stay unbearable. The room was filthy, with dirty towels left in the drawer and stained sheets ruining my comfort. Disappointingly, the facilities such as bathroom cleanliness and insufficient amenities were appalling, and management was nowhere to be found for resolution.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help actually made a difference in my stay. I appreciated how they replaced the hair dryer in my room right away when it didn't work, a quick response that really made it feel like they care.

Plus, the noise from upstairs was frustrating. it sounded like someone had a dance party going on, which made getting a decent night's sleep a challenge. Another downside is the unwelcome parking fee that wasn't disclosed until check-in, considering the rate already covers a stay.
